Twenty-Four Hours, Yo #readathon

Read-A-Thon Progress Report!

Pages Read: 710 FINAL
Hours Listened: 5:12:44
Snacks Eaten: none
Breaks Taken: bathroom
Where I've Been: bedroom (on my bed probably not so smart), and coutch

What I've Conquered: Cross My Heart And Hope To SPy
Where I've Failed: 30 pages in the last 75 minutes. Yeah. It was that bad.
What I'm Conquering: Looking for Alaska by John Green is my last book.

How many times the kitties tried to coerce me into napping: +4 for Wynk... all of them. But I resisted.

End of Event Meme:

1. Which hour was most daunting for you?
The last one. The words seriously turned into insects on the page. No I was not using a hallucinogen. At one point it took me ten minutes for ONE page. Lame.
2. Could you list a few high-interest books that you think could keep a Reader engaged for next year?
Sure! Cross My Heart And Hope To Spy, Wake, and The Devouring
3. Do you have any suggestions for how to improve the Read-a-thon next year?
maybe in the morning?
4. What do you think worked really well in this year’s Read-a-thon?
I liked that there were a lot of Mini Challenges to pick from.
5. How many books did you read?
3 full books, 1/10 of a book, and 5/8 of an audiobook
6. What were the names of the books you read?
Wake, The Devouring, Cross My Heart And Hope To Spy, Looking For Alaska, The Awakening
7. Which book did you enjoy most?
Wake
8. Which did you enjoy least?
Looking for Alaska
9. If you were a Cheerleader, do you have any advice for next year’s Cheerleaders?
10. How likely are you to participate in the Read-a-thon again? What role would you be likely to take next time? I will participate again as a reader.

AAAAnd, I have to be awake for church in 3 and a half hours, so, I'm hitting the sack.
