Read-a-Thon: End Of Event Meme

1. Which hour was most daunting for you? Hour 23. I had to do wall-sits and stand up so I didn't fall asleep. If it wasn't for Munchie, I probably would have fallen asleep before I stood up; Munchie got up from the back of the couch just as I was about to close my eyes and ran all over the house. Good Cheerleader Baby Cat!!2. Could you list a few high-interest books that you think could keep a Reader engaged for next year? I really had a great time with both Pretty Face and Tantalize. Would recommend both.
3. Do you have any suggestions for how to improve the Read-a-thon next year? I do. I think it would be nice if we had an idea about what the challenges were in advance. Not specifics, but creative, quiz, post, etc. and how long they will be open. That way we could plan our time a little better.
4. What do you think worked really well in this year’s Read-a-thon? I loved the challenges - they were great breaks. And the lovely organizers were the best. Such a great experience for a first-timer!!
5. How many books did you read? 2 full 3 partial
6. What were the names of the books you read? Tantalize, Pretty Face, Wicked Lovely, Nobody's Princess, Marked
7. Which book did you enjoy most? Tantalize
8. Which did you enjoy least? Marked
9. If you were a Cheerleader, do you have any advice for next year’s Cheerleaders? I wasn't.
10. How likely are you to participate in the Read-a-thon again? What role would you be likely to take next time? I will! I would love to host a mini-challenge and read again as well, schedule permitting!

Status Update: I put down Nobody's Princess after Chapter One and picked Wicked Lovely up again. It seems to be keeping my interest now, so I'm going to stick with it until the end. At least that's my plan!!

Isn't it good when the furry family gets involved in the read-a-thon. I've been thinking everyone's pets should get their own read-a-thon site next year ;) Congratulations on doing so well! Love what you're doing with your blog as well.

Cats can be helpful creatures can't they? Every time I sat down I had a "volunteer" to keep me there for a bit.
Well done!! :)

That's a great suggestion for next time. I didn't participate in many of the challenges because I want to spend more time reading than looking around on the web. I was thinking it might be fun to host a mini challenge for next time too.
